BSO OffStage is our newly improved virtual platform for sharing orchestral performances and content, now with enhanced streaming capabilities. Experience BSO Sessions, a new digital concert series that follows the BSO’s journey in bringing inspirational works of orchestral repertoire to life – masterpieces, hidden treasures and works by living composers and composers of color. In addition to featuring inspirational music, these artfully-packaged, documentary-style episodes showcase BSO musicians, conductors and composers at home, in rehearsal and in conversation. BSO Sessions premieres on Wednesday, October 14th at 8pm.
All users must create an account through the site to view content. This account is separate from the login that you use to purchase tickets. Click the “Register” option in the upper right corner of your screen to get started. After you create an account, you will need to choose an option for purchasing content (Monthly All Access or Per Episode) or enter a voucher code in order to view.
You may watch an episode or video at any time after it becomes available. All BSO Sessions episodes, as well as other content, will be available to users through at least June 2021.
No, BSO OffStage is a brand new website and platform that requires a separate registration, so you will not be able to use your existing login. Please register here to create a new account.
Users may subscribe to a Monthly All-Access plan for $20 per month or purchase individual episodes at $10 per episode. Under the Monthly All-Access plan, you will be billed automatically on a monthly basis and receive immediate access to episodes as they premiere, as well as the ability to view all available BSO OffStage content at any time.
Yes, you can cancel your Monthly All-Access plan at any time. To cancel, log in to your account on BSO OffStage, then click on your name in the upper right corner and on the drop-down menu select “My Plans.” To continue cancelling, click the button that says “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts. After cancelling you will still have access to content on BSO OffStage until your plan expiration date.
Visit the page for the episode you would like to view and click on the “Pre-Order” or “Access Video” button. Under the “Voucher” tab, enter your voucher code, click “Apply” to verify the code, and “Redeem” to finalize the transaction.
If you need to update your e-mail address, please log into your account and enter new email address in the field below the one you would like to change. You will need to refresh the page to see the update. To update your password, login to your account and click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen to view your user options. Visit the “Profile” page to change your password. If you need to reset your password, please use the forgot password tool
At present, BSO OffStage content can be viewed on your television using Chromecast or Airplay. Native apps for BSO OffStage will soon be available across multiple streaming platforms including Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV for viewers with a monthly all access plan. We will notify users when these options become available.
